Minn Kota 1854055 Quick Release Bracket/RTA-55

Featuring QUEST technology, the electric-steer, bow-mount trolling motor can be easily removed. Specifically designed for higher thrust motors and longer shaft lengths, the high-yield composite construction is super strong and impervious to corrosion. The low-profile design leaves the deck clear when the motor is removed.

The locking handle with stainless steel pins can be secured with a padlock (not included, sold separately) for additional security. Designed to meet the increased stress created by high thrust motors and long shaft lengths, this trolling motor is compatible with QUEST technology.

Constructed of marine-grade composite, powder-coated and anodized aluminum, and stainless steel, the system is resistant to rust, corrosion, and discoloration, making it suitable for use in both freshwater and saltwater environments.

The bow-mount trolling motor can be quickly mounted and/or removed from the boat deck, thanks to the low-profile design that attaches the motor to the top bracket and drops it in over the deck-mounted puck.
